Understanding and Awareness are the Keys to Personal Growth

Therapy can be an effective way to understand how to manage life stressors, deal with depression, and handle anxiety.  It is a commitment to yourself to live a more fulfilling life by working through problems and growing as a person through increased self-awareness. Therapy can also be intimidating at first, which is why having a safe environment  is vital to successfully overcoming difficulties. 

I provide a warm therapeutic style focused on collaboration, clear communication, and consistency. I primarily work from a psychodynamic therapeutic orientation but have been trained in a wide range of modalities. My overall goal is to fit therapy to the unique needs of each person and tailor services to be most effective.
